Tone Adapt — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Tone Adapt you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

License

Tone Adapt grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

Tone Adapt offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase for the Pro tier.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on your device.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Content

Tone settings, song references, and gear data shown in the app are provided for educational and reference purposes. Trademarks (artists, albums, gear brands) belong to their respective owners and are used nominatively.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tone recommendations are suggestions; results depend on your specific equipment, room, and playing style.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
